Sipurei Savta is a collection of Jewish folk tales. There are stories from the Torah, old legends, old songs and some new twists on traditional tales. These stories share the Jewish values of working in community, of thriftiness, resourcefulness, resilience, keeping perspectives in tough times, of the wisdom of the natural world, and of humility and openness to difference. And then there are a few stories of just plain silliness!
