From the swinging sixties, and his brilliant epic about a Jewish-themed love affair in a suburban launderette to his sharply observed take on history and current affairs including the Middle East, Dan proves himself a master songwriter and gifted pianist. His songs are by turns shocking, funny, and deeply moving and in the tradition of Noel Coward, Tom Leherer, Randy Newman. He has an intelligent, irreverent take on the world as well as an incredible way with rhyming words. These are highly crafted songs that are also funny - not just funny songs.
He is currently touring the UK with his one man show about Jewish Identity: Jewish Chronicles
He also writes and broadcasts a humorous topical songs on BBC Radio, and has composed a huge range of theme and incidental music for TV and Radio.
