Gastón Bogomolni
Cantor Gastón Bogomolni, a native of Argentina, is a natural performer. His electrifying personality and infectious smile radiate when he is on stage. Audiences around the world have had the joy of watching him sing and dance at concerts. Prior to his arrival to the US in 2002, Cantor Gastón served congregations and organized multiple Jewish events in Spain, Dominican Republic and Argentina.

His last CD release, "Ta'am Latino: The Latin American Shabbat," is being an international boom. Cantor Gastón is a multi-talented, multifaceted artist whose genius, gift and passion for what he does transcend his music.

Cantor Gastón has served at Temple Aliyah in Needham, MA since August 1, 2008. He works very hard to constantly bring music for all ages to Temple Aliyah and to get involved in the entire community of Greater Boston Area

Cantor Gastón is currently the president of the New England Board of Cantors, the "T'fillah Music Specialist" of the Solomon Schechter Jewish Day School of Greater Boston, Song Leader at Camp Ramah in New England, the Cantors Assembly liaison to the National Ramah Commission, board member of the Boston Jewish Music Festival and Shalshelet (the Foundation for new Jewish Music), and President of Tarbut Sefarad in Boston.In 2009 Cantor Gastón worked as the Music Director of the Lower Camp at the Kaleidoscope, Arts & Science Summer Camp at the JCC in Newton, MA.

Cantor Gastón loves to work with all ages, however he has a special love for little ones, and has been entertaining and educating infants, pre-schoolers and toddlers since he is fourteen years old. Whether it is a birthday party, a Tot's concert, a Tot Shabbat, a storytelling environment, playing piano, hand-drums or guitar, Cantor Gastón makes the event always fun, engaging, creative, and unique! In 2008 became certifiied as a Music Together instructor.

Cantor Gastón has also been very active in the educational network, offering a number of lectures, concerts and workshops throughout the year on Jewish musical traditions, the history of Jewish music, and especially Argentinean and Latin American Jewish Music.

Cantor Gastón's has been the recipient of various merit scholarships and fellowships, as well as the winner of many voice competitions.

Cantor Gastón's hobby is to collect instruments and on his spare time he enjoys playing Tennis, Swimming, and travelling around the world with his wife and two kids.
