I'm a songwriter and singer living in Oakland, California and perform locally. My CD, Renewal, is an electic mix of original songs in various styles, mostly based on Jewish themes and Biblical stories, but universal in nature. Most of these songs were first performed in Shul, on the Bimah or in Purim Shpiels and other theatre pieces. The intention is to place witty and well crafted lyrics (in English) and catchy melodies at the service of some deeper spiritual truths, profound and playful, songs you can sing and dance along to and that also heal the spirit.
