Denver-Phoenix-Austin - three diverse cities bring you three very cool musicians...
Sababa! ("cool" in Israeli vernacular) is an energetic, spirited group comprised of Steve Brodsky, Robbi Sherwin, and Scott Leader from Denver, Austin, and Phoenix, respectively. All three are successful and well-loved Jewish recording artists on their own; together their spirited Jewish songcrafting has them being touted as a Jewish "supergroup." "We're a bit uncomfortable with that moniker," says Sherwin, the only female in the band. "We are just three great friends who love to make music together."
"I am really excited to be a part of Sababa!," says Leader. "Together, we have the ability to reach a far greater audience then any of us could alone. And performing with Robbi and Steve is much more fun!" he adds. "The energy on stage is incredible - we really bring out the best in each other," agrees Brodsky.
