The new voice of contemporary Jewish music! Three unique voices combine to create one incredible performance.

Milot Ha'Nefesh has exploded onto the Jewish Music scene with a combination of contemporary songwriting and stirring vocal harmonies presented in a wide range of musical styles. Made up of talented performers Micha Liberman, Suzy Rauch, and David Ross, Milot Ha'Nefesh is a trio whose music you will not soon forget. With songs based on everything from Biblical texts to modern day issues confronting the Jewish people, Milot Ha'Nefesh entertains audiences in synagogues, religious schools, day schools, and Campus Hillels with original Jewish music to inspire people of all ages. In addition, the band travels to Phoenix to lead a Friday night musical service for young Jewish professionals in the community. "Words of the Soul" is the band's first release.

David Ross
For over 20 years, David Ross has been entertaining the world with his dynamic voice, distinguished piano playing, and creative songwriting. David's secular and contemporary Jewish music has been played and performed throughout the United States, as well as internationally, in Canada, Mexico, Russia, France, and Israel. David's music combines elements of rock, pop, folk, and jazz to create a mixture of fresh and engaging sounds.

David served as Music Director for Camp Ramah in Los Angeles from 1994-1999 and was their Cultural Arts Director from 2000-2003. David was also the Assistant Music Director for the Yad B'Yad Performing Arts Troupe in 1995 and 1996 where he worked closely with Jewish performers Sam Glaser and Craig Taubman. From 2002-2006, David was children's choir director for Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills and was also the director for the Emanuel Arts Center's Intergenerational production. Currently David is the Business Director for the JCC Ranch Camp in Denver, a private piano and composition teacher, and music director for Kids Theatre West.

David's musical training started at the age of six with formal classical piano lessons, and includes four years of classical percussion, and a year of classical voice training at the University of California, at Berkeley, where he earned his B.A. in music composition in 1995. He also earned his Certificate of Songwriting from UCLA in 1999.

Album credits include Milot Ha'Nefesh's "Words of the Soul," "V'ahavta," "Beyond the Hills," and "Hashirim Shelanu" from Camp Ramah, "Family & Friends" from Los Angeles Hebrew High School, and "Stained Glass" from Cantor Ilan Davidson.
David resides in the Stapleton area of Denver with his wife Lauren and their daughter Maya.

Micha Liberman
Born in Israel and raised in Texas, Micha Liberman spent his entire pre-college educational career in the Hebrew Academy, a small orthodox Jewish day school in Houston, where he was part of the largest graduating class in school history, along with thirteen classmates. He was very involved in Young Judaea, and served on the National Board, and as President of the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana Region.

Since obtaining his B.A. in music from Binghamton University in New York (formerly SUNY Binghamton) in 1995, Micha has made music and recording his full-time job, working as a composer for television and film.

Micha's television credits include HBO's "Deadwood," as well as "Caroline in the City," "Married with Children," "The Naked Truth," "Seinfeld," and "The Education of Max Bickford." Film credits include "Beautiful," "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer," "Office Space," "Teaching Mrs. Tingle," "Double Down," and "Ghost Ship." Micha is currently the Music Editor for the HBO drama "Deadwood", for which he recently won an Emmy.

Micha is owner of a recording studio in Northridge, California. Musical inspirations include the Eagles and Queen. Micha lives with his wife Elyssa and son Max in Northridge.

Suzy Rauch
Suzy Rauch grew up in a music-filled home in Dallas, Texas, influenced early by her father, who was an Off-Broadway performer and lay-cantor. She started with musical theater, and sang in choir and pop choir throughout her grade-school years.

Suzy found her love for Jewish music while attending Camp Young Judaea in Wimberley, Texas and Camp Tel Yehudah in Barryville, New York, from 1983-1989. She continued the Young Judaea experience by going on Year Course in 1989, and working as a camp counselor and Senior Advisor for the movement from 1990-1996. Suzy graduated from the University of Texas, at Austin in 1994 with a Fine Arts degree in Theater and a minor in music. While at Austin, she was a member of the "Long Horn Singers," as well as the a cappella group "Ensemble 109."

After college, Suzy moved to Los Angeles to work for United Synagogue Youth. In 1998, she launched a career in film, and is currently the Feature Animation Camera Coordinator at Disney. Credits include "Emperor's New Groove," "Fantasia 2000, " and "Atlantis."

Musical inspirations include the Beatles, James Taylor and Joni Mitchell. Suzy met her husband Ron on a college trip to Israel. They live in the San Fernando Valley with their children, Shira & Eden.
